We charge $60 an hour for a 2 person crew
Please give us a call at 225-664-9053 for a quick estimate. We provide top to bottom detailed spring cleaning as well as regularly scheduled appointments. We provide all equipment and supplies needed for the job. We are bonded and insured.
HOUSE CLEANING SERVICE APPOINTMENTS
We are a local residential and commercial cleaning company not a franchise. We’ve been servicing the Livingston, Ascension, East Baton Rouge and surrounding areas since 1984. When you call in, you’ll talk directly to the owner (Jamie Zernott) or the office manager (Rita Keating) who has been with the company for over 25 years, not with a franchise operator or an employee who just started.
APPOINTMENT SCHEDULES
We work Monday through Friday with appointments usually for 9:00am, 11:30am and 1:30pm.
MOVING IN OR OUT OR JUST NEED A ONE-TIME CLEAN
If you are moving in or out or just need a one-time cleaning, we can do it. We will detail bathrooms, kitchen and floors but also wipe down baseboards, ceiling fans and everything in between including inside cabinets, drawers, pantry closets. Everything!
REGULAR MAID SERVICE SCHEDULE
The majority of our clients use us on a regular basis. Either monthly, every two weeks or weekly. Whatever schedule is right for you, we want to create a regimented routine that provides consistent, efficient service. If you want to keep within a certain budget, we can focus on the high traffic areas of the house like cleaning the master suite and all common areas then clean the guest rooms or other areas for special occasions. Our goal is to provide an affordable and convenient service that reflects what you prefer to maintain your home or office.
